Our pre-school classes are all 45 minutes in length and run by qualified British Gymnastics Pre-School Gymnastics coaches and trainee coaches / volunteers. All of our coaches over the age of 16 have current enhanced DBS clearance and complete Safeguarding and Protecting children training.
Gymnastics Walking - 3 years with Parent / Adult Carer
This preschool gymnastics class incorporates fun, games and coordination activities which are supervised by the child's parent / adult carer and overseen by our preschool coaches. The equipment is set up for jumping, balancing, swinging, rolling, running, throwing and catching. Children work at their own pace with you and staff are on hand to advise how to use the equipment with your child.
Please Note:
all bookings must be made online in advance - there is no pay on the day option
children must be 3 years or less on the day to participate
A maximum of ONE participating child can be supervised per parent / adult carer (1 child=1 carer, 2 children = 2 carers etc) and you must stay with your child at all times. Please note that you will not be allowed to participate if you do not have the correct number of carers to children
This means that only one adult can be with a participating child in the gymnastics hall at any time
siblings not participating in the class are NOT allowed in the gymnastics hall
siblings not participating in the class are NOT allowed to be left unsupervised in the waiting area
Pushchairs cannot be accommodated inside the gymnastics hall but may be left in the waiting area at your own risk
Photography / video is allowed but cannot include any other members in the session. You must sign the photography agreement form at each session

Marriotts Award Scheme - 0-3 years
We run an award scheme for under 3s and your child can work towards achieving the certificates when they come along. Award Certificates & Ribbons are available to purchase separately at the website shop
The scheme has 6 awards in total, starting at Red Level 1 and finishing at Purple Level 6. A matching ribbon is awarded with the certificate at each level.
Just ask for a badge sheet when you come along to your class.
Preschool/PreNovice Gymnastics Class - 3-5yrs
These classes are themed each week to offer variety and stimulate the children’s physical and social development. Activities included are warm up and hand apparatus section for gentle stretching.
Gymnastics skills are learned at fun stations with a coach supported skill, independent movement activity and/or hand apparatus co-ordination activity. We end with a cool down and gymnasts are rewarded with stickers for good behaviour and achievement.
We run our own Marriotts Gymnastics Club Award Scheme to test the progress of the gymnasts with one award completed per term.
FEES: £8.25 per class (paid termly in advance + award scheme fee)

Marriotts Award Scheme - PreSchool/PreNovice
Our Marriotts Gymnastics Club Award Scheme is a progressive programme for ages 3-5 years and is included in your term fees.
The scheme has 6 awards in total, starting at Red Level 1 and finishing at Purple Level 6. A matching rosette is awarded with the certificate at each level.
Gymnasts are tested on skills on the equipment that is used in their classes and will commence on a level suitable to their age and/or ability.
Summer Term Re-enrolments
If your child is due to move class in the Summer Term we will contact you to arrange this before we send out the invoices.
You will receive your Summer Term invoice around 25 February 2024 and payment will be due by 11 March 2024.

The payment is made via London & Zurich which uses a one-off direct debit payment. We can not take payments by paypal or debit or credit card at this time.
Payment must be made by the date on your email or your child's place in their class will be cancelled.
