Under 3s Parent/Toddler

With parental support we d eve lop the child’s ability to jump, swing, roll, climb, etc. The program gives children the opportunity to discover how to move their bodies in different ways.

A TigerTots Award Scheme is run to assist with the development of the basic skills.

By the age of three our TigerTots are at home in the gym and familiar with the coaches and able to participate in a class environment, allowing them to make a smooth transition into the next class.

3 – 5s

The main focus of the three to five year old classes is always FUN. Children are taught the basic gymnastics skills on floor, beam, bars, vault and trampoline in a safe environment. The content of the session is rotated on a two week basis to ensure that the learning of the skills is consolidated.

All children experience success and are encouraged to try new skills. The TigerTots Award Scheme is followed to enable the parents to see how their child is progressing.

Session Times

Saturday 9.00am – 9.45am (Under Threes)

Saturday 9.45am – 10.30am (3 – 5s)

Saturday 10.30 – 11.15am (3 – 5s)

Saturday 11.15am – 12.00pm (3 – 5s)
