My main responsibilities are:-

· Delivering high quality gymnastic teaching in the form of curriculum and extra-curricular activities at school sites focussing on FUNdamentals and Capacity Building . This will be in accordance with the British Gymnastics national development strategy.

· Developing continued professional development for teachers and adults other than teachers in the delivery of high quality gymnastics.

· Developing and strengthening links between schools and local clubs.

· Liaising closely with the Sports College to ensure a consistent approach to schools Gymnastics coaching within Stevenage

Long Term Athlete Development Principles and be working towards talent identification and establishing an appropriate Gymnastic development pathway for gifted individuals
